Pleased to share that my solo chapter “Cybersecurity in Fintech from a Corporate Finance Perspective” is now published in Fintech and the Emerging Ecosystems (Springer, 2025).
The chapter explores how cybersecurity risks shape key corporate finance decisions in fintech, including valuation, capital structure, governance, and regulatory risk.
